Gorilla Capital focuses primarily on homes that sell in the $100,000 to $180,000 price range. This price range is affordable for people who buy a home for themselves and also for investors looking to purchase a rental property. On occasion Gorilla does have homes for sale in the $200,000+ price range, but most homes we sell are priced at $180,000 and less.
